Exploring the towns in the Bruce County Interior region you're uncover some charming cafés and coffee shops to get you on your way. Many feature local and organic ingredients served with a deep respect for our farming traditions. After a bike ride or a hike, put your feet up and indulge in a heart-warming beverage and a treat. Maybe have two. After all, you’ve earned it and right this minute, dinner seems a long way off.

Do you love bread? At the Big Dipper Bakery Café, their passion is baking. Artisanal breads are made in the European old-world tradition using fresh, local, natural ingredients. The café serves coffees, espresso-based brews, teas, and delicious breakfasts items. For lunch they feature hearty soups, fresh crunchy salads and unforgettable sandwiches served on their own fresh baked bread. Remember to take a loaf of bread home with you. A Peace Café is a growing movement of community spaces dedicated towards a Culture of Peace. The White Rose is the 2nd Peace Café in Canada.
