As of April, 8, 2021 at 12:01 am, the Government of Ontario declared a State of Emergency and issued a Stay-at-Home order across the entire province. The Stay-at-Home order requires everyone to remain at home and only leave for essential purposes. More information can be found at Grey Bruce Public Health. Located on the north side of the Port Elgin harbour is North Shore Park and beach. The beach is one of the only beaches in Saugeen Shores that allows dogs from May 1 to October 1st.

This is an excellent location to bring your pooch to socialise and burn off some energy in the water. Click here to watch a video of the beach area.
