Paddling to Paisley Tour

Jump in your canoe at Access Point #7 for a full day ride to Paisley. The calm waters in this section make for a peaceful paddle. Halfway through your canoe trip you will be delighted to find the McBeath Conservation Area. This is a river-access-only park that paddlers are able to stop at to stretch their legs, take a washroom break, eat their packed lunch, or camp overnight.

This by donation conservation area is the perfect place to take a break on your long day of paddling. Continue downstream on your tranquil ride towards Paisley where there are 2 access points for you to end your journey at. Jump out at the dock at access point #9B at Paisley's Rotary Park where you will find a campground, washrooms and playground equipment.

You can also continue paddling 15 minutes longer until you reach access point #9A, in the heart of downtown Paisley. Here you will find Marty's Bar and Grill, the perfect place to end your day after a long afternoon on the river.
