Cultural Demonstrations Indigenous food demonstrations Showcasing Indigenous culinary traditions and providing participants with a unique opportunity to sample traditional dishes and learn about Indigenous food culture. Demonstration Day August 28 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Join us for a special day full of cultural demonstrations with Chef Zach Keeshig of Naagan, Parks Canada, Elder Shirley John, and others! Chef Zach Keeshig – Chef Zach will offer demonstrations throughout the day, showcasing how he processes locally harvested duck from forest to plate.
