So you know about the beach, it’s right in the town’s name, so it’s has be good, but what else can you do at Sauble Beach? Here’s a few ideas;

  1. Water sports – we’ll get the obvious out of the way first. Getting out onto the water is so easy it should be taken advantage of as often as possible. Pick up a rental – surfboard, SUP board, kayak, jet ski, paddleboat, etc., and hit the water!
  2. Ascent Aerial Park for those brave explorers. Here you’ll find a 40-foot rock wall as well as a 40-foot free fall and three levels of rope obstacles which vary in difficulty the higher you go. You’ll also be able to take a ride on Canada’s first and only zip coaster or try your hand at axe throwing.
  3. Visit Sauble Speedway during the summer on Saturday nights to cheer on the Thunder Cars, Four Cylinders and of course – lawnmowers! Just a little outside of town, but worth the drive.
  4. Sauble Falls Provincial Park can be found on the north end of town and is one of the few waterfalls in Bruce County. This park is perfect for picnics, watching the steelheads swim up the falls in the spring and the overhanging trees and the tiered waterfall make for a perfect Kodak moment.
