Note however that a visit to the Grotto will require reservation booking in advance using the Parks Canada website. While visiting be sure to plan each day with popular sights – discover Flowerpot Island and take a glass-bottom boat tour to witness one of the 8th wonders of the world, uncover a new route on the Bruce Trail, or witness the natural wonders within the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Cyprus Lake, Bruce Peninsula National Park

Cyprus Lake Campground features 232 drive-in campsites. The campgrounds front onto Cyprus Lake, with each campsite equipped with picnic tables and a fire pit with grill. Potable water taps, cold water sinks and basic washroom facilities are located throughout the campground. The grounds are close to The Grotto and Indian Cove – a 30-minute hike along the 1 km Georgian Bay Trail or 50 minutes from Parking Lot 2. Although the trail to the shoreline is hard-packed, the shoreline itself is rugged uneven limestone. Be prepared; the decent into the grotto involves climbing down 40-feet over a rocky open cliff. Discover the spectacular cave at The Grotto and enjoy a refreshing dip at Indian Cove on a hot summer’s day. For more adventure, Tobermory is a short 15 km drive north.

Yurt Camping at Cyprus Lake, Bruce Peninsula National Park

Yurts are a very popular choice for a camping experience at Cyprus Lake Campground, especially in the spring and fall. Relax and enjoy the lake breeze from your yurt deck. Cozy up to the campfire and watch the shadows lengthen at the end of a perfect day. Gaze up at the starry sky through the skylight dome as you drift off to sleep in a comfortable bed.

Bruce Anchor Motel and Cottage Rentals, Tobermory

Explore Little Tub Harbour from your cottage rental at the Bruce Anchor. This location offers visitors several cottages with full kitchens that have been designed to suit every need and style for a home away from home adventure. The Blue Anchor is located within walking distance of the Bruce Anchor Cruises and Little Tub Harbour, making it the perfect place to stay to experience a boat tour.

Lion’s Head Beach Motel and Cottages, Lion’s Head

Summer House Park is found on the shores of Miller Lake, central to Tobermory, the Bruce Trail, and many local attractions. Here, you’ll discover family camping, cottage rentals and bed & breakfast accommodations nestled among 85 acres of beautiful hardwood forest bordered by the shores of Miller Lake. There’s also a restaurant on site featuring all day-breakfasts and other specialties.

Miller’s Family Camp on Miller Lake, Ontario’s Bruce Peninsula

Explore one of the waterfront cottages or treed campsites at Miller’s Family Camp. Cottages are available in 1, 2, 3 or 4-bedrooms, but book early as reservations fill up quickly. Enjoy fishing, boating and swimming in the warm waters of Miller Lake. Pets welcome.

Cedarholme Bed and Breakfast and Cottages, Hope Bay

Centrally located – 50 mins to Tobermory and 30 mins to Sauble Beach, Cedarholme is steps from the safe, sandy beach at Hope Bay with the Bruce Trail right at it’s front door. Known for its fabulous sun sets, those who enjoy fishing can angle for bass, perch, pike and catfish. Two gorgeous sandy beaches are only minutes away and Sauble and Tobermory are both 30 minutes away.

By the Bay General Store and Campground is located on the shores of Lake Huron. This family-oriented resort offers motel rooms, cottages and camping accommodations, plus a restaurant famous for its all-day breakfast and fresh cut fries. Ice cream lovers of all ages love the 18-flavour selection which most guests enjoy while sitting at the end of the 200-foot dock. Amazing sunsets.

Harbourside Wireless Cottages, Tobermory

For a memorable family vacation and an amazing view of Tobermory, Harbourside Wireless Cottages is well-worth a look. With some cottages situated right on the water, and some a short distance away, everyone can enjoy the crystal-clear water from the private dock and beach area or take a walk into town for great restaurants, shopping and of course, boat cruises. The Grotto, Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Park are all close by.

Mountain Lake Campground, Wiarton

Make this campground your home base to explore all the incredible natural wonders of the Bruce Peninsula. Just minutes from hiking trails, Mountain Lake Campground offers tent, trailer and RV sites, both serviced and non-serviced. Visitors enjoy both the sandy beach on Mountain Lake, the outdoor swimming pool and nearby Sauble Beach. There’s also a rec hall with games room. Have you ever played horseshoes?
